Working with Keith was an absolute pleasure while purchasing our home in Daybreak, UT. What stood out the most was his willingness to constantly go above and beyond in every way. Since we were buying from out of state, he helped in exploring everything from current available lots, new and used home, to working with builders realtors to understand all future possibilities. Keith was consistently responsive and kept us informed at all stages, from home selection to closing and even beyond. We trusted him to be our eyes and ears throughout the process. We sincerely appreciated his professionalism, patience, and the way he genuinely prioritized us making the experience as stress-free as possible. We would absolutely recommend him to friends and family when looking for a calm, confident process especially when buying out of town.

I was referred to Keith by a family member who had a great experience working with him to buy their first home, after they were referred to him by a friend – and after working with Keith, I completely understand why he gets so many referrals! I had very specific (and picky) requirements for my next home, and Keith was patient, knowledgeable, and great to work with throughout the entire process. He was always responsive, communicated clearly, and guided me through each step, including negotiations. He also connected me with a great home inspector and lender, and he even made some minor repairs in my new home post-closing to make my move-in easier. I know from past experience buying a home can feel overwhelming and stressful, but Keith made the process feel manageable and even enjoyable. I was able to close even earlier than originally expected, thanks to him coordinating everything that needed to happen. I truly believe thanks to Keith I am now in my forever home, but if I ever am in the market for a new home again, I will absolutely call Keith! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.

I bought a home roughly 6 months ago from Keith and have loved it since I got the keys! I work a very different schedule from the regular person and Keith was willing to work with that to go and see homes when I was available. If I had to do it again I would pick Keith.
